Violet Beauregarde's Blueberry Smoothie
A delicious treat that’s high in anti-oxidants, protein, and energy!
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 4 dates, pitted
- 1 kale leaf, stemmed
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- dash of spirulina powder
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of sea salt
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup ice
- Add all ingredients in a high-speed blender, saving the water, then ice, for last.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Adjust water, salt, dates, and optional stevia according to your desired thickness and taste. Enjoy!
