Despite that humans may eat like omnivores, we are in fact, designed to be herbivores. We’re smart enough to prepare food, yes, but now we’re also smart enough to come up with charts like these and observe the detrimental health effects of eating animals.
Maybe the next step should be being smart enough to change our eating habits toward longevity and morality. How bout it people?! 🙂
